DISCOVER  You know you want to take a trip, so what’s next?  As a partner of Brownell Travel, I get the benefit of their great expertise. They have created the most important step in process, the “Discover More” call.  The more we understand about you and your travel companions, the better we can design an experience that is right for you.  We'll want to know your past experiences, what worked for you and what didn’t, and what you want this trip to look like.  It can be as collaborative as you want.  Some clients like being very involved, researching the trip alongside us.  Others like to hand over the reigns and let us do all the research and planning.   

DESIGN This is where we shine!  Based on what we discussed, we think creatively and work hard to design an experience that is just for you.  We will then present you with a proposed itinerary of where to stay and the best ways to see and experience what you want.  

BOOKING Once we have agreed on all of the details and budget, we will begin the booking process.  I will inform you of all costs, deposit requirements, cancellation policies and so on.  When it makes sense, I will check several booking sources in order to bring the best value to you.  

EXPERIENCE Now it’s time to enjoy!  We will confirm all reservations prior to your departure. If you are staying with a preferred partner, we will notify them that a VIP will be staying with them so that they may attend to any special arrangements that have been or need to be made.  While you are enjoying your hard earned time away, we are available for any bumps in the road.

SHARE  Upon your return, we really want to hear how much you LOVED your time away.  Your feedback is appreciated so that we can know how we are doing and so that we can relive your trip with you!  Even though we are not physically on your trip with you, we are just as excited about your experience as you are.
