Do you have to have a big budget to work with Biondi Travel? The short answer is… No! If you consider travel an investment in life and you value the experiences and memories that travel brings, then you will find great value in working with us. While we do work with various budgets, to provide the level of service and quality of travel our clients expect, there are limits. We only work with 4 and 5 star hotels and all experiences are privately guided and books through vetted resources. We will do our best to set expectations on the initial discover call.

Do you work with hotel and airline points? Unfortunately we do not. We are happy for you to use your airline points for your international flights but we do not work on trips if you are using points for your hotels. It’s a simple business decision as we get paid commission from hotels bookings.

What kind of trips should I book with a travel agent/advisor? While we don’t try to be experts in everything, we do plan a wide variety of trips.  Here is a small sample of the type of travel experiences we create in collaboration with clients.

Should I use Biondi Travel for short hotel stays? Of course! We never want you to feel like you are “bothering” us for a hotel request.  It is our privilege and our pleasure to manage your travel reservations. If you do want to book it yourself and still receive the perks associated with our Virtuoso relationship, we have the VirtuosoVirtuoso Booking Tool available.  We will still confirm your reservation before departure and communicate to the individual property that we have a VIP coming to ensure you have the wonderful benefits available.

What happens if there is a problem while I’m traveling? What happens if your flight gets canceled or the property loses your reservation or another more serious emergency? All these things can cost you money and time and cause you stress.  We are just a phone call, text or email away and can help you work through the issue.
